Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vaelias. We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn and unused
With all original tags still attached
In its original, undamaged packaging

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

How to Initiate a Return

Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return in the email. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at Vaelias@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Pierced earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
